Archive Manager
Manage the title, date, links, featured image and image total for each public Archive gallery.
Publish an update Copy the replacement block, open the public Archive page in Zenfolio Source view, and replace everything from ARCHIVE DATA START through ARCHIVE DATA END.
New entry
Every entry is automatically placed by the supplied Archive date, newest first. After editing, export a complete updated Manager HTML to make the current register permanent.
Archive data section
Copy this complete marked section. Do not remove its start or end comments from the public Archive page.
Permanent Manager copy: create a complete replacement Manager HTML with the current saved entries embedded as its new supplied register. Replacing the Manager page with this file means Reset supplied entries restores the latest data rather than an older version.
Download a simple PDF list of the currently saved Archive entries. The file is generated directly from the Manager and does not open a print window.
Working and permanent copies: edits are saved immediately in this browser. After publishing an Archive update, download the updated Manager HTML and replace the Manager page source so the current entries are also embedded permanently. JSON remains available as a secondary backup.
